Quotations & Payments
Quotations provided are valid for a limited period. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in service interruptions or project delays.

Warranty & Responsibility
We use certified materials and follow industry standards. Warranty coverage applies only to components and services specified in the project agreement. Excer Global is not responsible for damages caused by external factors, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Site Access & Safety
Clients must ensure safe and unrestricted access to the work site. Any obstruction or safety issue may delay the project.

Cancellation & Modifications
Project cancellations or modifications must be communicated in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the work completed and materials purchased.

Limitation of Liability
Excer Global Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or delays, except where required by law.
