Distribution Box (ACDB & DCDB)
A Distribution Box is an essential electrical enclosure designed to safely distribute, control, and protect electrical power in residential, commercial, and industrial installations. It houses protective devices such as MCBs, MCCBs, isolators, fuses, and surge protection devices, ensuring safe and reliable power distribution.
AC Distribution Box (ACDB) is used on the alternating current side of the electrical system. It efficiently distributes AC power from the main supply or inverter to various loads while providing protection against overloads, short circuits, and electrical faults. ACDBs are commonly used in buildings, factories, and solar power systems for secure and organized AC power management.
DC Distribution Box (DCDB) is designed for the direct current side, especially in solar PV and battery-based systems. It collects DC power from solar panels or DC sources and safely channels it to inverters or charge controllers. DCDBs are equipped with DC MCBs, fuses, isolators, and surge protection devices to safeguard against overcurrent, reverse polarity, and lightning-induced surges.
Manufactured using high-quality materials and robust enclosures, ACDB and DCDB offer excellent durability, electrical insulation, and environmental protection. Their compact design, clear labeling, and organized internal layout ensure easy installation, maintenance, and long-term operational safety.
